Profile - Erin Tsubono

Erin is a Japanese artist living in Australia for some time.  Erin works with clay, fibre and paper. 

"I love working with these natural materials directly in my hands - for me it means connecting / re-connecting with materials, nature and myself.  I think it's my first step working towards a kinder world where we live more mindfully within our environment.

Each piece is one-of-a-kind, entirely hand built, hand painted with love and care, born in my hands one by one to meet you.  My thoughtful figures carry stories about walks in the nature, one's inner strength, childhood memories, motherhood,"....Erin
